Cambio: Into the Wild

The card game created for the adventure

How do we get our generation off screens and back into the real world? Cambio: Into the Wild is a card game designed to connect people with nature. The sustainable deck was made to encourage in-person games in the outdoors to combat screen time and social media taking over our generation. Whether it’s waiting for the bbq on the beach or at the bar after a ski session, the game is to be taken outside and into the wild.

The brand was launched with the campaign “We Play Outside,” collaborating with ambassadors including surfers, bikepackers, and heli-skiers to spark a movement around outdoor play. Supporting assets, from packaging and motion graphics to event branding, extended the identity into real-world experiences, building a community united by curiosity, adventure, and a love of the outdoors.

The game was socially led therefore, we wanted strong branding to be recognisable across reels and marketing materials.

Chosen as ‘Projects we Love’ with 188 backers the game raised £6,503 on Kickstarter and is now stocked in stores across Canada and the UK. The game has been purchased worldwide and played from Alaska to Australia.
